Job summary

The Laurels of Coldwater is part of Ciena Healthcare, a national provider of skilled nursing and related services. The Director of Maintenance leads the physical plant, ensuring safe operation of equipment and facilities across the Coldwater campus.

This role oversees supervisory staff, coordinates maintenance tasks, and ensures compliance with company standards and state/federal regulations. A background in institutional maintenance and relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years physical plant and equipment experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mgmt of the TELS platform and task completion.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Interviews, hires and trains employees.
• Plans, assigns and directs work.
• Prepares work assignment sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the TELS platform and associated task completion.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Interviews, hires and trains employees.
• Plans, assigns and directs work.
• Prepares work assignment sheets.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years physical plant and equipment experience in an institutional environment with supervisory or management responsibilities.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
