Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in physical plant and equipment in an institutional environment.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Manage departmental budget and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
