Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may offset degree requirement
  • 4-6 years of building maintenance experience
  • Experience managing others preferred

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff
  • Oversee financial performance within budget and maximize cash flow
  • Communicate with vendors/contractors on scheduling, billing, and insurance
  • Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance personnel
  • Ensure preventive maintenance programs and safety/compliance standards
  • Oversee make-ready of vacated units and property inspections
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract compliance
  • Assist in site compliance inspections and safety meetings
