Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations at our Kenwood Healthcare Center location in Cincinnati, OH. The role reports to the Center Administrator and involves supervising staff, budgeting, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating with outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience plus 3 to 5 years related experience
• Prior work experience in a related field plus at least 3 years prior management/supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules and supervise the maintenance team to meet goals
• Develop and administer annual maintenance budget
• Plan, schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• Manage contracts for outsourced maintenance
• Maintain records of equipment and building repairs and expenses
