Autumn Lake Norwalk is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee daily facilities operations at our Norwalk, CT community. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all systems.

The ideal candidate has prior director-level maintenance experience, excellent English communication, and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, wallpapering, and groundskeeping, plus a valid driver's license and full

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Director preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English, read and follow oral instructions in English, and understand labels/safety instructions and department policies.
• Ability to perform routine plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry and groundskeeping tasks including painting and wallpapering, and shoveling snow.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must be fully vaccinated.
