Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our facilities operations and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule repairs, and perform regular inspections to uphold safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical), OSHA compliance, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of building systems and code requirements.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance.
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• On-call availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
• Schedule and ensure completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Regular inspections of the facility for safety and upkeep.
• Ensure work complies with State/Federal and OSHA standards.
