Charter Senior Living of Winder | Winder, GA

Salary: $60,000–$65,000/year

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Call Responsibilities

Senior Living or Multifamily Maintenance Experience Required

New Community. New Opportunity. Your Department to Build.

Are you an experienced Maintenance Director, Environmental Services Director, Facilities Manager, or Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, beautiful, and operating at their best?

Do you understand preventative maintenance, property operations, budgets, and regulatory compliance?

Are you ready for an opportunity to help establish the maintenance operations of a brand-new senior living community?

Charter Senior Living of Winder is looking for a dependable, experienced, and hands-on Maintenance / Environmental Services Director to help launch our new community in Winder, Georgia!

This is an exciting opportunity for a facilities professional who wants to take ownership of a department from the beginning.

We're looking for someone who can establish preventative maintenance programs, manage department budgets, maintain regulatory compliance, and help ensure our new community remains safe, functional, and welcoming as residents move in.

If you have maintenance leadership experience in senior living or multifamily property management and enjoy building organized, efficient operations, we'd love to meet you!

Why This Opportunity Is Different

Brand-New Community • Department Ownership • Preventative Maintenance • Career Growth

At Charter Senior Living of Winder, you'll have the opportunity to help establish the maintenance and environmental services operations of a new community.

Instead of inheriting years of deferred maintenance, you'll have the opportunity to help implement strong systems and processes from the beginning.

You'll play an important role in:

  • Helping prepare the building and resident apartments for occupancy.

  • Developing maintenance tracking, inspection, and documentation processes.

  • Supporting building safety and regulatory compliance.

2. Budget Management & Financial Accountability
