AVIR Health Group is seeking a Maintenance Director to join our family in Weatherford, TX. The role focuses on maintaining grounds, facility, and equipment to meet safety standards, state and federal regulations, and quality care guidelines.

You will lead a team to build a positive facility culture, ensure efficient operations, and support resident safety and comfort. Walk-ins are welcome daily at our facility.

• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Maintenance Director to join our family!

We are searching for a Maintenance Director that is resident, and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
