Job summary

Sagora Senior Living in Tulsa, OK seeks a Maintenance Director responsible for the community’s upkeep, appearance, landscaping, and safe operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventative programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service to residents.

You will respond to resident concerns, supervise maintenance and housekeeping collaborators, and help market and manage the community with a focus

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in all phases of residential maintenance.
• Must maintain licensure and certifications as required by state and federal agencies.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and high attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License where necessary.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Working knowledge of Life Safety regulations, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Must be available after hours.
• Ability to lift between 50 and 100 lbs.
• Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the community including grounds, fences, parking areas, ditches, houses, pools, spas, and equipment.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain maintenance records and track repairs using a work order system.
• Communicate with residents about repair status and coordinate on-call maintenance 24/7.
• Perform daily inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety procedures.
• Safely manage inventory and supervise maintenance staff and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with marketing and management of the community alongside the management team.
