Job summary

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead repairs, oversee preventative maintenance, and manage operations for our skilled nursing facility. Successful candidates will have maintenance experience, preferably in a post-acute or SNF setting, and familiarity with Life Safety Surveys.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with clinical and support teams, ensure regulatory readiness, and promote safety and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance for a healthcare facility.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with Life Safety Surveys and regulatory readiness.
