Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and architectural systems.
• Licensed and compliant with applicable standards; valid driver's license.
• Proven leadership, organizational and technical skills focused on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Department Leadership: Plan, develop, and oversee all maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with Life Safety and OSHA standards while managing budgets and schedules.
• Preventive and Emergency Maintenance: Supervise preventive maintenance tasks, repairs and unplanned projects across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure facility compliance with fire safety, emergency preparedness and OSHA training requirements; conduct inspections and address deficiencies.
