The role focuses on maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency in line with federal, state, and local standards, while building a strong, family‑oriented facility culture.

Walk-ins are welcome daily. We value team builders with a practical approach to maintenance, operations, and providing exceptional corporate support to staff and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable federal, state and local standards.
• Provide team leadership to ensure reliable operations and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support resident safety and comfort.
