As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential infrastructure. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively, minimizing disruptions to our services. Your expertise in maintenance management will help us maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facility's infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of tasks
Collaborate with operations staff to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and develop corrective action plans
Manage budgets and track expenditures for maintenance and repair activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, maintenance management) preferred
