Requirements

• Successful completion of maintenance aptitude test.
• Successful completion of interview process and hands‑on test.
• Candidate must become a member of the local Union.
• Must be able to work 10‑hour shifts and occasional overtime.

Experience Requirements

• Self‑directed and motivated.
• Candidate must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple time‑sensitive projects and issues; works well under pressure.
• Candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management.
• Knowledge and experience including but not limited to Welding, Pipefitting, Rigging and General Mechanical trades.
