Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Maintenance Custodian to join our UniFirst community. As a Team Partner in the Maintenance Department, you will perform housekeeping across offices, kitchens, common areas, production floors, restrooms, and parking lots, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional night/weekend overtime.

We offer on-the-job training and immediate openings. You will be part of a growing team that values safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials and safe chemical usage.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and operate cleaning tools.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning equipment to perform housekeeping tasks in office, production areas, and restrooms.
• Keep restrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms stocked and clean.
• Remove trash and maintain window cleanliness.
• Move light furniture as directed and replace bulbs when needed.
• Perform cleaning on office areas, production floors, and exterior areas as assigned.
• Take on other duties as assigned by leadership.
