Qualifications

Job description

Become a part of the "Bath-Built is Best Built" tradition. As a Maintenance Custodian, you will maintain the cleanliness of facilities including offices, various areas throughout the buildings, groundskeeping, and snow removal.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Lawn mowing (riding and walk-behind)
2. Hedge trimming and weed whacking
3. Landscaping
4. Groundskeeping
5. Office cleaning
6. Bathroom/shower cleaning
7. Operate shampooer
8. Operate buffing machines
9. Wax application
10. Street sweeping
11. Recycling
12. Snow and ice removal (everywhere) and hand shoveling

Hiring for all shifts:

1. 1st: 7:00am - 3:30pm
2. 2nd: 3:30pm - 11:30pm
3. 3rd: 10:00pm - 6:00am

The pay range for this position is from $25.73/hr to $27.83/hr.

Required/Preferred Education/Training:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license required.

Required/Preferred Experience:

• A positive attitude and readiness to work as part of a team required.
• Experience performing janitorial cleaning in an industrial/commercial environment preferred.
• Experience operating lawn care equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of floor stripping, waxing, and buffing processes preferred.
• Knowledge of janitorial duties and standards preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing processes preferred.
• Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certification preferred.
• Ability to meet and perform the physical requirements of the task analysis preferred.
