$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Position Summary

Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will be on your feet and on the go, and maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

Ensures a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.

Makes safety a priority by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
Clears all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, tools and equipment.
Responds to spills and operates floor scrubbers, disposing of cardboard, plastic and trash in line with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
Maintains appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores them properly, and places orders when supplies are low.
Act with integrity by upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance, modeling Walmart values, and contributing to a regenerative company culture.
Serves customers and members by delivering results and making decisions based on reliable information.
Demonstrates curiosity, takes calculated risks, and supports continuous improvement through new technologies and skills.

Additional Compensation
