Overview

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

What you'll do

The maintenance associate role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and associates. You will be on your feet and on the go, performing duties to maintain facilities and respond to needs as they arise.

Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance as necessary and following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
Ensure customers have a positive first and last impression by keeping facilities clean and well-maintained
Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and manage waste disposal in line with the Environmental Sustainability Program
Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders when supplies are low
Adapt to fast-paced environments and changing work scenarios while prioritizing member satisfaction
Be able to work an entire shift on your feet in physically demanding environments
