Maintenance Supervisor - Tennessee Operations

Arconic is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Tennessee Operations facility, located outside of Knoxville, Tennessee. The incumbent will lead and supervise craft electrical and mechanical employees, provide technical troubleshooting skills to identify maintenance issues, develop solutions, and offer technical leadership and training to mechanical and electrical craft employees. The selected candidate may also lead a small team of production employees on an as‑needed basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance background with verifiable, hands‑on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment. Candidates with supervisory experience, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge are strongly desired. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter, motivated to learn all mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, and manufacturing aspects of plant operations.
