Atomic Storage Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee upkeep across multiple storage properties. You will perform routine inspections, repairs, and safety checks, ensuring units are ready for occupancy and properties look well-maintained.

You’ll work independently across several sites within a 15-mile radius, coordinating with the District Manager on larger projects and timelines. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are required.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between properties.
• Must be able to pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily and weekly walkthroughs to identify damage, wear, safety hazards, or cleanliness issues.
• Keep vacant units rent-ready: swept, debris-free, properly lit, and operating smoothly.
• Handle minor on-site repairs (locks, doors, latches, lighting, basic plumbing).
• Maintain curb appeal: parking lots, walkways, and exteriors free of trash.
• Test gates, keypads, and access points; inspect fencing and report gaps.
• Follow lock procedures and manage overlocks as instructed.
• Complete SWEEP reports after every walkthrough with notes and photos.
• Track open maintenance items and follow up until resolved.
• Flag recurring issues to the District Manager before they escalate.
• Coordinate with the District Manager on larger projects and budgets.
• Travel between properties within a 15-mile radius as needed.

Requirements

Facility Upkeep & Repairs

• Perform daily and weekly walkthroughs to catch damage, wear, safety hazards, or cleanliness issues before they become bigger problems
• Keep vacant units rent-ready: swept, debris-free, properly lit, and opening/closing smoothly
• Handle minor repairs on the spot (locks, doors, latches, light fixtures, basic plumbing) instead of letting things sit
• Maintain curb appeal: parking lots, walkways, and building exteriors free of trash and clutter

Systems & Security Checks

• Test gates, keypads, and access points regularly to confirm everything's working
• Inspect fencing and perimeter barriers, reporting damage or gaps right away
• Follow lock procedures correctly: applying overlocks when instructed, removing them once cleared, and handling lock-cuts safely

Inspections & Documentation

• Complete SWEEP reports after every walkthrough, with accurate notes and photos
• Track open maintenance items and follow up until they're resolved
• Flag recurring issues (leaks, gate failures, etc.) to the District Manager before they turn into bigger headaches

Safety & Coordination

• Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE on every job
• Coordinate with the District Manager on bigger projects, vendor work, and budget priorities
• Drive between assigned properties as needed, reliable transportation and a valid license required

Physical Demands & Work Environment
