Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to join their team in NW Missouri at multiple locations. The role of the Maintenance Clerk is to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance or inventory experience.
• Valid Class E driver's license.
• Warehouse/inventory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Track service activities and support parts availability.
• Partner with site leadership to reduce maintenance costs and downtime from a parts perspective.
• Develop and manage critical spare parts list, min/max levels, and reorder points for high-demand parts.

Hours: 7am-4:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay: $23 - $25 an hour

JOB SUMMARY

Martin Marietta is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to join their team in NW Missouri at multiple locations.The role of the Maintenance Clerk is to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department. The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for parts inventory management, tracking services, and data integrity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partnering with site leadership to help drive down maintenance costs and optimize equipment down time from a parts perspective.
• Develop a critical spare parts list, min/max levels and re-order points for high demand parts.
• Working with mine leadership to anticipate their parts needs while maintaining the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience
• Valid class E driver’s license
• Warehouse/inventory experience

Skills:

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Comfortable with utilizing maintenance and inventory software

Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel and Outlook
