Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. seeks a Store Cleaning and Maintenance Lead in Bastrop, TX. You will build and lead a 10-20 person team to maintain ultra-clean store standards and oversee cleaning, maintenance, and fuel-dispensing tasks.

The role requires flexibility to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and prior maintenance or team-leading experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous maintenance and/or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performance team of 10-20 promoting an ultra-clean standard.
• Demonstrate organization and admin skills for maintenance equipment & storage.
• Direct a stringent cleaning and replenishment system.
• Oversee fuel dispensing parts replacement.
• Report or repair equipment in disrepair to store GM.
• Oversee landscape, waste management, and ice production/replenishment.
• Clean all store areas as needed; support busy days.
• Work rotating day/night shifts; weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional interaction with team.
