Job summary

Crunch is seeking a Maintenance professional to keep our No Judgment Gym in top condition. You will perform cleaning, basic mechanical tasks, and safety-focused maintenance across all areas to ensure a welcoming environment for members.

The role requires clear English communication and the ability to lift and handle manual tasks. Full-time work status with opportunities to support exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to perform manual tasks: cleaning and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in every area of the club and surrounding area.
• Perform light mechanical duties.
• Maintain safety procedures & practices.
• Follow all club maintenance checklists.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Maintain an atmosphere in which members feel welcome.
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional atmosphere at all times.
• Assist in all projects as delegated.
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
