Job summary

Greenleaf Corporation is seeking a Maintenance B to support the plant’s maintenance needs across electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry disciplines. The role requires reading blueprints, performing machine repairs, basic welding, and operating a forklift.

You will complete PM checks, record work orders, and assist with installation and movement of equipment. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to company rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches and data.
• Must have knowledge in all maintenance areas (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Electrical skills include motor control circuits and wiring; ability to run conduit.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on equipment and machine tools (CNC & manual).
• Carry out basic welding and brazing as needed.
• Operate a forklift.
• Complete PM checks, requisition and pickup parts and materials.
• Record work orders and maintain accurate logs.
• Install and move equipment or machine tools as required.
• Maintain the facility grounds and ensure safety, quality, and work rules compliance.
• Hours: 40 - Mon-Fri; Day, Evening, Night shifts.

Summary

Maintenance B performs multi-faceted maintenance work. Skills are needed in the various disciplines such as, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and machine repair. This position services the plant's entire maintenance needs.

Duties & Responsibilites

• Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches and data.
• Must have knowledge in all maintenance areas.
• Electrical skills will include knowledge of motor control circuits and electrical wiring circuits. Should be able to run conduit.
• Electrical troubleshooting skils are essential.
• Mechanically perform repairs on equipment and machine tools (both CNC & manual).
• Basic welding skills and brazing skills.
• Operate a forklift.
• Complete PM checks, requisition and pick up parts and materials.
• Record work orders.
• Installation and movement of equipment or machine tools.
• Maintain the facility's grounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must comply with all safety, quality and work rules and regulations.
• Hours:** 40 - M-F; Day, Evening, Night shifts
