Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Maintenance Associates to join our clubs. You will keep facilities, equipment, and common areas clean, safe, and inviting while delivering outstanding member service.

Key responsibilities include cleaning, stocking supplies, handling deliveries, assisting events, and notifying supervisors of any issues. The role offers $16.50/hour with benefits and a complimentary club membership to support your wellness journey.

Qualifications

• Must understand clean and sanitary environment.
• Prior cleaning and laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to service athletic equipment and use cleaning products and hand tools.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club and equipment are clean and well maintained while providing excellent service to members and guests.
• Keep sidewalk entrance and lobby presentable.
• Clean locker room and stock supplies.
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
• Maintain adequate towel supply on the exercise floor.
• Provide maintenance for all equipment.
• Receive and store deliveries.
• Assist with special events.
• Notify Housekeeping Manager when any rooms or equipment require immediate attention.
