Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Janitor Custodian (Maintenance) to keep the restaurant clean inside and out, including restrooms and windows. Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, trash removal, light bulb changes, and assisting with deliveries.

Training is provided, with early start times around 5–6 am and shifts ending by 1–2 pm. Starting pay begins at $13 per hour for weekdays, up to $14.50 for open availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining outside grounds
• Detailed cleaning inside and outside windows and restrooms
• Assist with unload of delivery truck two times a week
• Transfer all trash and rubbish to on-site compactor/refuse area
• Change interior/exterior light bulbs
• Clean exterior vents on HVAC/exhaust units and remove debris
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Other custodial tasks as assigned
• Most maintenance team members begin their eight-hour shift in the morning at 5 am or 6 am and finish by 1 pm or 2 pm
