Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our team in the United States. We offer a comprehensive benefits package after 91 days of full-time employment including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match and an associate discount on major name brands.

You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with building maintenance and cart retrieval, and other duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks

Responsibilities

• Help retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot
• Load purchases into customer vehicles
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area
• Scrub clean and maintain facility floors and restrooms
• Provide facility maintenance
• Help in other departments as assigned
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures

Compensation

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
• Base pay up to $15.00/hr

Job Duties

The Maintenance Associate would perform excellent customer service and help with the building maintenance and cart retrieval, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.
