Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Iowa is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while performing building upkeep, cart retrieval, and lot care.
You will help scrub floors, clean restrooms, maintain the parking area, and support other departments as needed, while following Loss Prevention and safety policies.
Evenings and at least every other weekend availability is preferred; the role offers a stable, family-owned environment with growth opportunities.

The Maintenance Associate would perform excellent customer service and help with the building maintenance and cart retrieval, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.This can include, but is not limited to:
