Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Transportation Driver for our TerraBella Lincolnton community in North Carolina. The role supports grounds upkeep, basic repairs, and transport needs while ensuring resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications include 1 year of maintenance experience, ability to be on call, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and life-safety regulations. CDL is preferred; must maintain a clean driving record and drive a 14-passenger bus.

Qualifications

  • General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention and life-safety regulations.
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled hours.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be able to drive a 14-passenger bus.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • CDL license preferred.

TerraBella Senior Living is looking for a Maintenance Assistant/Transportation Driver to join our community TerraBella Lincolnton.
