American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at our North Capitol location in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community’s physical plant and grounds safe, attractive, and well-maintained for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or GED or related training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community’s facilities and grounds safe and attractive.
• Support residents, staff and the public by maintaining the physical plant and grounds.
