Job summary

Santè in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Environmental Guest Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment and perform light maintenance in the Environment Services department. You will follow infection control procedures and coordinate with nursing staff for isolation cleaning, while adhering to manufacturer instructions for chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and disinfecting of all areas according to department policy, procedures and cleaning schedule.
• Perform isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures. Coordinate routine/terminal isolation procedures with nursing service.
• Follow proper techniques when mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions used for cleaning. Refer to manufacturer’s instructions when necessary.

The Environmental Guest Associate is responsible for providing, maintaining, and performing day-to-day activities of the Environment Services Department. The key duties include maintaining a clean, comfortable, safe and sanitary environment, and light maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of previous Environmental Services experience OR a minimum of one (1) year of previous Customer Service experience required
