Job summary

Miller's Health Systems is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the general upkeep of our facilities, grounds, and equipment. You will help ensure patient and visitor safety, comfort, and satisfaction by following safety policies and maintaining a clean, functioning environment.

This role requires an eye for detail, reliability, and teamwork, with the ability to work from a task list and communicate professionally with staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must complete pre-employment screening.
• Able to pass physical examination for facility employment.
• Complete required orientation and training and follow written/verbal instructions.

As a Maintenance Assistant at Miller’s, you are responsible for helping with the general upkeep of the physical plant, its property and grounds. You play an important role in patient and visitor safety, comfort and satisfaction. You follow all regulations and company policies regarding safety, infection control, and other applicable standards. You are able to work from a task list. You communicate professionally with other departments, patients, their families and staff.
