The role requires on-call availability, a valid driver’s license and prior maintenance experience. The position offers an hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifikationen

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on-call 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.

Experience The EMBREY Wayby joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistantat Nichols Park.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
