We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant / Make Ready to support two of our properties located in Houston, TX (77034) and Houston, TX (77075). This position will provide maintenance and make-ready support at both properties. The Maintenance Assistant / Make Ready must be willing and able to travel between the Houston locations as needed and perform assigned maintenance, repairs, make-ready duties, and other property-related work at either location based on operational needs. Reliable transportation and the ability to regularly travel between both properties are required for this position. We are looking for someone that is proactive, self-motivated, reliable, honest and takes great pride in their work and job performance. All candidates should have previous experience in landscaping, painting, apartment turnover maintenance and knowledge of HVAC/EPA.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift, with weekend availability, on-call, and possible overtime.
