Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. You’ll respond to service requests and support a variety of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.

In this full-time role, you’ll assist with preventive maintenance inspections and document inspections and repairs, ensuring issues are flagged for follow-up.

• Support hotel facility maintenance; assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
