Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the property safe and functional while delivering warm hospitality. You will assist in guest room, public space, and back-of-house maintenance, responding to requests and performing repairs across multiple trades.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, accurate documentation, and quick resolution of issues to support an exceptional guest stay at our Montana property.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and team member work orders.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or masonry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
