Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general maintenance experience required.
• Experience with electrical and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to interact with Able Engineering Services’ computerized systems.
• Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans mechanical, electrical and shop areas.
• Repairs to buildings, utilities, grounds and equipment.
• Records data in building logbooks and daily entries.
• Coordinates parts, supplies and equipment from local vendors.
• Performs routine maintenance tasks and tests.
