Vivo Healthcare Winter Haven in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. You will perform preventative maintenance on equipment, conduct safety checks, and manage grounds maintenance and quality control to support resident safety and comfort.

We value a family-oriented, teamwork-driven environment with a focus on residents and staff. A high school diploma and maintenance experience are preferred; LTC/SNF experience is a plus.
