Community Skilled Health Care Centre in Warren, OH is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to keep our building safe, functional, and comfortable for residents and staff.

You will assist with daily maintenance and repairs, perform basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting, complete work orders, and support preventative maintenance while maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment. This role emphasizes dependability and hands-on problem solving.

Formación

• Prior maintenance experience preferred (healthcare or skilled nursing a plus).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and follow direction.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull as needed.
