Palm Garden of Vero Beach is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our post-acute care facilities. You will help ensure regulatory compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA and local health departments while maintaining preventative maintenance schedules for healthcare equipment.

This role focuses on safety, reliability, and contributing to a compassionate care environment for residents and families. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in preventative maintenance, knowledge of building codes and safety
