Job summary

Grace Heights is seeking a Maintenance Assistant on a part-time basis (16 hours per week) to join our healthcare team. You will report directly to the Maintenance Director and contribute to safety checks and routine maintenance across the facility.

The role requires dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to use digital tools for work orders and inspections. Prior experience in maintenance tasks is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to perform routine maintenance tasks and small repairs.
• Familiarity with using digital tools to log work and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual safety checks.
• Carry out plant maintenance such as painting, furniture repairs, and installations.
• Use technology to create work orders and catalog inspections.

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Director. We are looking for someone who is dependable, driven, hard working, and has a working knowledge of maintenance-related tasks.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

• daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety checks

• plant maintenance to include painting, furniture repairs, other repairs, or installations

• ability to use technology for work orders and other cateloging of inspections
