Rockwood Manor in Midland, TX is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility safe and comfortable for residents. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, and support daily operations.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a safety‑minded approach. Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and generators is a plus; you will report issues promptly and help prioritize maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Has experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators
• Understands basic principles of preventive maintenance
• Communicates clearly and works well within a team
• Maintains a safety-focused, detail-oriented approach
• Can adapt to changing facility needs and priorities

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned
