Job summary

Accura HealthCare of Marshalltown is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our property management team. You will repair and maintain the building, grounds and equipment while supporting facility projects.

This full-time role includes an on-call rotation with the Maintenance Director and opportunities to contribute to safe, resident-centered care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
