Job summary

Miller's Health Systems is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the general upkeep of the facility, grounds, and patient areas. You will follow safety rules and communicate with staff to keep spaces safe and presentable.

The role requires the ability to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team while delivering strong customer service. Full Time Day Shift with a pay rate of $16–$18 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

• General: Successful pre-employment process and screening.
• Able to pass physical examination required for employment.
• Complete orientation and training requirements.
• Follow written and/or verbal instructions.

As a Maintenance Assistant at Miller’s, you are responsible for helping with the general upkeep of the physical plant, its property and grounds. You play an important role in patient and visitor safety, comfort and satisfaction. You follow all regulations and company policies regarding safety, infection control, and other applicable standards. You are able to work from a task list. You communicate professionally with other departments, patients, their families and staff.
