Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Fayetteville, PA is seeking a hands-on maintenance assistant to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and well maintained. This full-time role offers a stable schedule, benefits, and opportunities to develop practical skills across building systems.

You'll perform general maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, respond to requests promptly, and help uphold safety and quality standards for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical job duties

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Inspect the building and grounds for maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Help keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Support safety inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
