Dublin Post Acute is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will assist with routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general upkeep of the facility and grounds.
Responsibilities include responding to requests, performing basic repairs, preventive maintenance, grounds upkeep, and documenting work.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for following all facility policies and procedures related to resident safety, infection prevention and control, emergency preparedness, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance. The employee must promptly report hazards, unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or other issues that may affect the safety and well-being of residents, staff, or visitors.
