Job summary

Rennes in Appleton, WI is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling, and related building systems. Prior maintenance experience is required, and you will also be responsible for maintaining the surrounding grounds.

The Maintenance Assistant will perform general maintenance and repairs assigned including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. Maintain the grounds surrounding the facility.
