Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and modifications to equipment, fixtures, and facilities
  • Identify and address maintenance needs, including reporting deficiencies to the facilities team
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to prioritize and address maintenance requests
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards
  • Participate in emergency response and crisis management as needed

About the Role:
