About the Role

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, as well as performing repairs, replacing light bulbs, and fixing leaky faucets
• Maintaining equipment and machinery, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition
• Conducting regular inspections, identifying potential maintenance issues and reporting them to management
• Assisting with special projects, such as painting, carpentry, and minor renovations
