Job summary
Walmart is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Temple, TX to lead daily maintenance operations across facility systems, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and vendor coordination while upholding Walmart policies and performance standards.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field.
- 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team.
- 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees with 1 year experience in the maintenance field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance department operations to ensure reliability and safety.
- Monitor budgets, expenses and capital expenditures against plan.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance staff and supervisors to meet performance goals.
